Job Requirements
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as business demands
- Ability to work in noisy environments with distracting conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk throughout the venue during shifts
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Authorization to work in the US
- Successful completion of background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support overall venue operations
