Job Requirements

  • Ability to memorize menus and follow ticket writing procedures

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handler Safety Training Card

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
  • Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
  • Maintain a high awareness level of the bar area
  • Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards
  • Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol
  • Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement
  • Cut various fruits to garnish drinks
  • Polish and roll silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep and mop floors
  • Replace beer kegs and CO2
  • Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
  • Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
  • Assemble and dismantle work station
  • Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock as necessary
