Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey

- Ability to memorize menus and follow ticket writing procedures
- Ability to operate POS system efficiently
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
- Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
- Maintain a high awareness level of the bar area
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
- Prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol
- Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement
- Cut various fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep and mop floors
- Replace beer kegs and CO2
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle work station
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock as necessary
