Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- good communication skills
- legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- open availability and flexible schedule
- bartending certificate is a plus
- basic computer and math skills
- teamwork and communication skills
- professional and positive disposition
- ability to keep the bar clean and stocked
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- ability to frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- greet customers and take food orders
- provide information about products and look for opportunities to up-sell products
- take orders and serve drinks and food to bar customers
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- nurture customers to provide exceptional guest experience
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and address intoxicated guests
- follow all OHM customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
- make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
- check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- adhere to all opening and closing side work and cleaning schedules
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
