Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bartending experience
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service
- Ability to use POS systems effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Punctual with reliable attendance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Understanding of alcohol laws and guidelines
- Proficient use of a POS system, knowledge of Toast is a plus
- One year of previous bartending experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting patrons, attending to their needs promptly, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout their visit
- Keep up to date on the latest trends in the beverage industry to offer patrons informed recommendations and a diverse selection of drinks
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked, with all supplies, ingredients, and equipment readily available for efficient service
- Efficiently manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining awareness of the overall bar flow to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Navigate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently to start and close out tabs accurately, process payments, and maintain an organized record of transactions
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, including enforcing age restrictions and monitoring patrons' alcohol consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
- Collaborate effectively with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to coordinate orders, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to patrons
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and proactively, finding satisfactory resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the establishment's reputation
- Assist with other related duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction
