Job Duties
- Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurturing guests to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Making menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- Taking orders using order slips and correctly entering into POS
- Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
