Job Requirements
- Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
- Must be age 21 or older and have TABC certification (acquired or in process)
- Prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to work at a quick pace and fast speed, yet under control
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must possess adequate knowledge of wine varietals and beer styles

Job Duties
- Manage bar setup, operation, and closing duties
- Take drink orders from guests, mix and serve drinks according to recipes
- Handle cash drawer and enter orders into POS
- Work closely with Bar Manager to maintain inventory and supplies
- Ensure clean and attractive display of glassware and bottles
- Maintain professional appearance and customer care at a fine dining level
- Suggest beverages when applicable and ensure accuracy of server tickets
