Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of bartending experience in luxury or fine-dining settings
- demonstrated advanced mixology skills and deep product knowledge
- ability to comply with grooming and appearance standards including neat, conservative grooming and appropriate uniform
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work full time in a non-management role
- willingness to comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- ability to remain professional and discreet in all guest interactions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end cocktail bar
- proven experience in high-volume, luxury service environments
- strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft mixology, premium spirits, wine, sake, and beer
- experience in Forbes-rated or Michelin-recognized venues strongly preferred
- advanced mixology and cocktail execution skills
- exceptional attention to detail and presentation
- strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong sense of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to luxury standards
- execute classic and signature cocktails with consistency, precision, and presentation excellence
- engage with guests in a professional, warm, and discreet manner
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- accurately process orders and handle cash and POS transactions
- maintain deep knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- collaborate with Barbacks and management to ensure smooth service flow
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- comply with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws
- uphold Forbes service standards and internal brand expectations
