Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • count money and change correctly
  • know cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime
  • must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • able to respond to visual and oral cues
  • able to work in constricted areas
  • able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
  • physically mobile with the ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and perform various physical movements as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
  • provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests using their names and team members
  • promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events as requested
  • maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
  • serve as an ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
  • remember multiple orders and execute them efficiently during open bar special events
  • resolve service problems and monitor guest consumption of alcohol using guidelines provided in TiPS alcohol awareness training and notify management as needed
  • operate a cash register/Micros POS System, accurately ring sales and give correct change
  • be knowledgeable about property events, beverage program, venue offerings, and pricing to provide consistent service
  • operate and maintain all equipment and utensils in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
  • prep for shifts using prep lists and management direction as required
  • respond to visual and oral cues during service
  • meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
