- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- excellent customer service/communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime
- meets professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded/noisy environment

Job Duties
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
- communicates well with other team members
- presents drinks to guests or team members as required
- provides fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests, using their names, and team members
- promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events as requested
- maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
- serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- remembers multiple orders and executes them efficiently during open bar special events
- resolves service problems and monitors guest consumption of alcohol using guidelines provided in TiPS alcohol awareness training and notifies management as needed
- operates a cash register/Micros POS System, ringing proper amounts and giving correct change
- accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to procedure
- maintains knowledge of property events and beverage programs
- operates and maintains all equipment and utensils according to guidelines and safety procedures
- preps for shifts using prep lists and management direction
- works as an on-call employee
