- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to count money and change correctly
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights

Job Duties
- prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
- communicates well with other team members
- presents drinks to guests or team members as required
- provides fast, friendly, professional service to guests using their names and team members
- promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events as requested
- maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- resolves service problems and monitors guest consumption of alcohol using TiPS alcohol awareness training guidelines
- operates a cash register/Micros POS System accurately
- accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to procedure
- maintains knowledge of property events and programs
- maintains knowledge of beverage program, venue offerings, and pricing
- operates and maintains all equipment and utensils according to safety procedures
- preps for shifts using guidance of prep lists and management direction
- performs any job duty needed to promote productivity or reasonable requests by supervisors or management
