Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Count money and change correctly
- Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- Able to work at fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
- Physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Job Qualifications

- Able to operate POS systems
- Knowledge of property events and beverage programs
Job Duties
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
- Communicates well with other team members
- Presents drinks to guests or team members as required
- Provides fast, friendly, professional service to guests using their names
- Promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events
- Maintains a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
- Serves as an ambassador of goodwill to guests and at public relations functions
- Resolves service problems and monitors guest alcohol consumption using TiPS guidelines
- Operates cash register and Micros POS system accurately
- Informs guests about property events and programs
- Maintains knowledge of beverage program, venue offerings, and pricing
- Operates and maintains equipment and utensils per safety procedures
- Preps for shifts using prep lists and management direction
- Performs any job duty needed to promote productivity or as requested by management
