Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Count money and change correctly
  • Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed
  • Must meet professional appearance standards
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
  • Able to respond to visual and oral cues
  • Able to work in constricting areas
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
  • Able to work at fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
  • Physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to count money and change correctly
  • Able to operate POS systems
  • Knowledge of property events and beverage programs

Job Duties

  • Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
  • Communicates well with other team members
  • Presents drinks to guests or team members as required
  • Provides fast, friendly, professional service to guests using their names
  • Promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events
  • Maintains a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
  • Serves as an ambassador of goodwill to guests and at public relations functions
  • Resolves service problems and monitors guest alcohol consumption using TiPS guidelines
  • Operates cash register and Micros POS system accurately
  • Informs guests about property events and programs
  • Maintains knowledge of beverage program, venue offerings, and pricing
  • Operates and maintains equipment and utensils per safety procedures
  • Preps for shifts using prep lists and management direction
  • Performs any job duty needed to promote productivity or as requested by management
