Job Requirements

  • Craft cocktail experience is a must
  • Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
  • Great communication skills
  • Be a good teammate
  • Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
  • Keep a clean workspace
  • Must be proficient with POS systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
  • Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience bartending in a high-volume bar for at least 1-2 years
  • Proficient with POS systems
  • Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certified in alcohol safety as required by company and local regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails according to the menu standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
  • Maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail offerings and appropriate glassware
  • Operate POS systems efficiently
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to alcohol safety and safety certification requirements
