- you have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
- you have legible handwriting
- you have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- you have a valid operator's license

- you have wine experience and/or certification
- you have one year bartending experience
Job Duties
- Take customers’ food and drink orders
- ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
- process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
- create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
