Job Requirements

  • Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
  • knowledge of food and beverage as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
  • display a confident and professional appearance
  • attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • high school diploma preferred
  • ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6 to 8 hours per shift
  • must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties

  • Exceed guests' expectations by providing professional and courteous service

  • provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • report on time and in proper uniform, clocking in and out as required
  • respond positively to guest requests
