Job Requirements

Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
knowledge of food and beverage as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
display a confident and professional appearance
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
high school diploma preferred
ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6 to 8 hours per shift
must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties

Exceed guests' expectations by providing professional and courteous service

execute all necessary steps of service properly

provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
report on time and in proper uniform, clocking in and out as required
respond positively to guest requests
