Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current bartenders' certification or appropriate license
- 2-4 years of relevant bartender experience
- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- understand the details to enhance conversation as master of the bar
- work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- assist guests with concerns and guide them to satisfactory resolutions
- finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
- maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
- mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- input orders into register and create checks
- lock up and store beverages, food, equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
