Job Requirements

  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • you have experience in making classic cocktails
  • you possess basic math skills able to add, subtract and count change back to customer
  • you have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
  • you have a valid operator's license
  • craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must
  • u.s. work authorization required

  • strong oral communication skills
  • valid operator's license
  • craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must
  • one year of bartending experience preferred
  • wine experience and/or certification preferred

Job Duties

  • take customers' food and drink orders
  • ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
  • process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
  • comply with all state and local liquor regulations
  • create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
