Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • You have experience in making classic cocktails
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Have legible handwriting
  • Strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
  • Have a valid operator's license
  • Craft cocktail and high-volume experience
  • U.S. work authorization required

Job Duties

  • Take customers' food and drink orders
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
  • Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information
  • Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest checks and methods of payment
  • Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
  • Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
