- Must be at least 18 years of age
- bartending experience in a professional setting preferred
- post high school degree preferred
- minimum of two years full-time experience in a related hospitality setting or the equivalent education and related work experience preferred

Job Duties
- Build drinks
- deliver food and beverage to patrons
- effectively manage patron's consumption of alcohol
- take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- maintain the organization and cleanliness of bar, lounge and patio areas
- be proficient on POS terminal and cash handling
- attend service and food trainings
- understand and practice "Serving Alcohol with Care" principles
- perform other related work duties as assigned
