Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of experience as a bartender is required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and guest service orientation

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking of all beverages and supplies
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables daily
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for guests to maintain accountability of beverages served
- Handle cash transactions accurately, verify charges, record and balance all monies
- Lock up and store all beverage, food and equipment items securely
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
