Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- possess required certifications and licenses
- ability to enforce company policies and laws regarding alcohol consumption
- able to stand, sit, walk for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- able to work in noisy and warm conditions near grill and fryer
Job Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- have all certifications and licenses required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission
- ability to enforce company policies and alcohol consumption laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Inspect bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies are available
- prepare fruit and garnishes for drink service
- prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages as ordered
- report complaints to management promptly
- maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- maintain daily inventory and records
- check identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase
- assist food servers and hostesses as needed
