Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years old
Bartending experience in a hotel or related environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Professional and appropriate appearance
Ability to handle cash accurately and follow procedures
Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions
Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience
Manage all aspects of the bar to ensure a well-run shift through proper preparation
Maintain par levels of stock and supplies including garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and barware
Keep accurate counts of all money and comps, following cash handling policies
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during shifts
