Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Prior bartending experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings,late nights,weekends,holidays,and extended shifts
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Capability to manage cash accurately and responsibly
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area under busy conditions

Job Duties

  • Consistently deliver positive,courteous,and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors,and fellow employees
  • Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
  • Be the master of the bar,understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
  • Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies,garnishes,beer,wine,liquor,barware,etc.
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
