Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Ability to perform hand and wrist tasks continuously
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide maniacal hospitality and service where everything matters
- Passion for tacos and tequila
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day and know them by name
- Stock the bar and ensure it looks clean and detailed daily
- Clean the workstation and bar area
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Make every drink with precision
