Job Duties
- Enhance guests experience at the bar and throughout the dining room with extensive knowledge and bartending expertise
- Cheerfully greet guests, take orders, and serve fine wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Consistently deliver high level of customer service while maintaining a safe environment
- Act as a brand ambassador and engage guests about Carmines and Virgils locations and special events
- Maintain accurate cash drawer throughout the night and complete final drawer tally at end of shift
- Assist servers with taking table orders when needed
- Adhere to all recipes when making beverages
- Complete all side work at end of every shift
- Engage with every department to offer the best guest experience
