Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Valid California RBS certification
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant or bar required
  • Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
  • Engage guests with genuine hospitality and provide beverage recommendations
  • Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends, house recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after service
  • Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily register reconciliation
  • Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Comply with all state, local, and company alcohol service laws and safety procedures
  • Assist in training new bar team members when needed
