Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- ability to perform hand and wrist movements including grasping and bending
- ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder
- capability to kneel or squat occasionally
- ability to lift or carry items weighing 0-25 pounds continuously and 26-50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits including mezcal and tequila
- ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work fast and multi-task
- ability to be flexible with schedule
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- build regulars every day
- stock and maintain the bar ensuring it looks nice at all times
- clean the workstation and bar area
- make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
