Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of bar experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, spirits, and cocktails
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods up to 4-8 hours
- Capable of repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder occasionally
- Ability to kneel or squat occasionally
- Ability to lift and carry 0-25 pounds continuously, 26-50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality-driven bar experience preferred
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits including mezcal and tequila
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- Stock and maintain the bar area ensuring it is clean and well organized
- Clean the workstation and bar area
- Make drink suggestions based on customer preferences
