Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of bartending or relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred
Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to stand or walk for 4 to 8 hours at a time
Manual dexterity and ability to perform hand and wrist movements
Ability to push, pull, reach above shoulder, kneel, squat occasionally
Capacity to lift/carry 0-25 pounds continuously, 26-50 pounds occasionally
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality-driven bar experience
Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits, with mezcal and tequila knowledge a plus
Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work fast and multitask
Flexibility with schedule
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer

Job Duties

Quickly and efficiently make drinks guests will enjoy
Build regulars every day
Stock and maintain the bar ensuring it looks nice at all times
Clean the workstation and bar area
Make drink suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
