Job Requirements
- Previous bartending and food and beverage experience are required
- flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
- working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer
- knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed and specialty drinks
- alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
- excellent communication skills and articulate speech

Job Duties
- Prepare bar set-up at the start of shifts including stocking bottles, garnish trays, juices, glassware, and ice bins
- consistently maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
- manage liquor control and ensure accurate pouring of products
- possess thorough knowledge of liquors, beer, wines, and menu offerings including daily specials
- serve food and beverages to members and guests efficiently and courteously
- accurately execute member and guest orders in a timely manner
- greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
