Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant bartending experience
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 4-8 hours continuously
- Capability to perform fine hand manipulation including grasping and twisting
- Ability to push, pull, reach above shoulder periodically
- Occasional kneeling or squatting
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexible to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits especially mezcal and tequila
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multitask
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- Stock and maintain the bar ensuring it looks nice at all times
- Clean the workstation and bar area regularly
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
