Job Requirements

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
knowledge of all menu offerings and prices
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
pm and weekend availability

Job Qualifications

Proven working experience as a bartender
excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
basic understanding of craft beer with a willingness to learn more
outstanding communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
passion for great food and beverages

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests
assess bar guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations
work as a team and assist in the service of all guests
perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
restock and maintain supplies throughout shift
ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
handle cash and credit card processing properly and accurately
adhere to local and state liquor service laws
