Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant bartending experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform manual tasks required for bartending
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Flexible scheduling availability
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits including Mezcal and Tequila
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- Stock the bar and maintain its appearance
- Clean the workstation and bar area
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
