- Desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items and beverage program
- Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Have knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
- Can interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form
- Able to change a keg
- Able to troubleshoot beer system issues
- Able to card all guests under 30 years old
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Able to stand 8+ hours
- RAMP certification
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude with a big personality
- Strong communication and team player skills
- Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must have RAMP certification
- Experience in bartending preferred but willingness to learn is essential
