Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of beers, spirits, and cocktails
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience (preferred)
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits (mezcal and tequila a plus)
- Ability bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- It’s your bar, stock it and make sure it looks nice all the time
- Cleaning the workstation and bar area
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
