Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting and twisting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- PM and weekend availability
- Adhere to all local and state liquor service laws
Job Qualifications
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Basic understanding of craft beer with a willingness to learn more
- Outstanding communication skills
- Love working in a team environment
- Passion for great food and beverages
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests
- Assess bar guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Work as a team to assist in the service of all guests
- Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
- Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
- Restock and maintain supplies throughout shift
- Ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
