Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours at a time
- Ability to perform hand and wrist movements including grasping, bending, twisting and fine hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, and reach above the shoulder
- Ability to occasionally kneel or squat
- Ability to seldom climb stairs
- Ability to lift or carry 0-25 pounds continuously and occasionally 26-50 pounds, rarely over 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits including Mezcal and Tequila a plus
- Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- It’s your bar, stock it and make sure it looks nice all the time
- Cleaning the workstation and bar area
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
