Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- maintain full knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, and beer selections
- take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and manage a personal cash bank
- set up, restock, and maintain bar inventory, garnishes, tools, and supplies
- ensure the bar, lounge, and service areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
- check guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and hotel policies
