Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
  • provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
  • maintain full knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, and beer selections
  • take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and manage a personal cash bank
  • set up, restock, and maintain bar inventory, garnishes, tools, and supplies
  • ensure the bar, lounge, and service areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
  • check guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and hotel policies
