Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules – both initial and ongoing - for bartenders and servers
- Know your work schedule for the week, arrive at work on time, and meet standards for uniform and professional appearance
- Know and understand beverage and menu options
- follow established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Communicate with manager and hosts to understand reservations, guest flow, large parties, or special event needs
- Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked

- Greet guests as they arrive in the bar and take beverage orders

- Maintain a good team-work environment by willingly assisting other team members with their station duties and side work when there is a need and/or when available
- Follow Eddie Merlot's policies, procedures, standards, and performance expectations, as well as applicable laws and regulations related to liquor, food handling, sanitation, and safety at all times
