Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to complete initial and ongoing training modules
- Prior experience in bartending or related beverage service
- Knowledge of liquor laws and food handling regulations
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and punctuality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know and follow beverage and menu options
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and lounge
- Greet guests and take beverage orders
- Communicate with management regarding reservations and guest needs
- Serve appetizers and menu items following established procedures
- Handle check presentation, payment, and tip-reporting accurately
- Clean, stock, and maintain the bar throughout the shift
- Assist with takeout orders and special event service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding guest service and hospitality
