Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to complete initial and ongoing training modules
  • Prior experience in bartending or related beverage service
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and food handling regulations
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and punctuality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • Know and follow beverage and menu options
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and lounge
  • Greet guests and take beverage orders
  • Communicate with management regarding reservations and guest needs
  • Serve appetizers and menu items following established procedures
  • Handle check presentation, payment, and tip-reporting accurately
  • Clean, stock, and maintain the bar throughout the shift
  • Assist with takeout orders and special event service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding guest service and hospitality
