Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Must hold a valid Operator's License
- Basic math skills required
- Strong customer service and oral communication skills
- U.S. work authorization required
- Ability to count change and add subtract

- Wine experience and/or certification preferred
- One year bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
- Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching
- Follow health and safety practices always
- Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information
- Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
- Complete all prep work prior to bar start time
- Serve food and/or beverage ensuring consistency throughout meal
- Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
- Respond promptly to any guest request
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and mannerism
- Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
- Maintain all work areas including any side work duties during service
- Once service is complete, ensure all dining areas are re-set
- Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
- Have fun at work and maintain a positive attitude ready to help create a fun and memorable experience
