- must hold a valid operator's license
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

- wine experience and/or certification preferred
- one year bartending experience preferred
Job Duties
- take customers' food and drink orders
- ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- properly set up bar, including stocking and batching
- follow health and safety practices always
- control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
- process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
- complete all prep work prior to bar start time
- serve food and/or beverage ensuring consistency throughout meal
- comply with all state and local liquor regulations
- respond promptly to any guest request
- maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and mannerism
- maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
- during service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success
- once service is complete, all dining areas must be re-set
- create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

- come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests
