Job Requirements

One year of guest service experience
Six months of bartending experience or completion of an accredited bartending school
Completion of an internal fast-track bartending program (3 months)

Job Qualifications

One year of guest service experience
Six months of bartending experience or completion of an accredited bartending school
Completion of an internal fast-track bartending program (3 months) is acceptable
Above average knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, operating procedures, and procedure manuals
Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Formulate and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by offering drink recommendations, informing guests of specials, and utilizing product knowledge to enhance service
Accurately ring up transactions, process payments, and adhere to established cash handling policies
Monitor and maintain par levels of all bar products and supplies, ensuring that the bar is always stocked and ready for service
Set up and close workstations in compliance with established procedures, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
Use MAST training to monitor and prevent over-service and address any alcohol-related concerns with guests
Maintain clear and consistent communication with bartenders, wait staff, and management to ensure seamless service and quick resolution of any issues
