Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- reliable transportation to airport location
- ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
- adherence to health and safety guidelines
- basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic math skills for transaction processing

- ability to follow safety and alcohol service regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests and takes drink and food order
- provides information about menu items and looks for an opportunity for additional sales
- create a lasting first and last impression
- engages with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- checks identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age
- prepares and serves a wide variety of craft cocktails, beer and wines, and food
- must have a thorough knowledge of menu offerings
- properly uses drink mixing tools and techniques with an eye for detail
- prepares the correct garnishes and fruit for cocktails
- accurately processes transactions through the point-of-sale system ensuring cash, credit, and debit transactions are recorded accurately
- responds appropriately to customer concerns
- follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests
- ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
- stocks and cleans glassware through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer and sanitizer
- performs opening and closing side work, as directed
- creates and delivers first-class experiences for the traveling public
