Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cash register operation and POS systems
- Experience in beverage service or bar operations
- Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- Must obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow service and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of operating cash registers, MICROS or other POS systems
- Skilled in bar equipment and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a smoke-filled environment
- Strong teamwork ethic and reliability
- Certified or capable of obtaining PRIDE alcohol certification
- Positive attitude with ability to maintain poise under pressure
Job Duties
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Family Style Service behaviors and skills
- Maintains a positive attitude with friendly demeanor and enthusiasm
- Greets guests warmly and builds relationships through frequent eye contact and smiles
- Anticipates guest needs and ensures fast, flawless service
- Prepares drinks with proper portions and ingredients following guidelines
- Operates cash register or POS system accurately and handles transactions
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervenes as required by PRIDE certification
- Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and customer loyalty initiatives
- Utilizes the Service Recovery process to resolve any customer satisfaction issues
- Projects a positive image of Harrah’s and Caesars at all times
