Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing over 25 pounds
- Effective communication skills in English
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a DMV check
- Willingness to work flexible summer schedule
Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry a tray weighing up to 25+ lbs
- Ability to communicate in English (listening, understanding and responding) with members/guests/co-workers in a loud, fast paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry a tray for long periods of time
- Successful completion of a criminal background and DMV check
- This is a non-tipped position
Job Duties
- Prepare/serve mixed drinks, pour wine and beer to match member's specific needs and requests
- Wash glassware, utensils and bar equipment after each use
- Collect payment and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Serve food to members during lunch and dinnertime
- Determine when a member has had too much alcohol and inform management
- Clean up member areas and work area- remove trash, sweep, mop, dust, etc.
- Prepare garnishing for mixed drinks- slice and pit fruit
- Restock bar needs- condiments, glassware, liquor, beer kegs, etc.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
