Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards
- must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards
- must understand federal, state and local laws and company policies on serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
- must be proficient in speaking, reading, writing and understanding the primary workplace language
- must have good verbal and written communication skills
- must possess basic math and computational skills
- must have basic computer skills
- must have good knowledge of hotel services and facilities
- must be familiar with all menu items
- must be able to operate equipment such as coffee maker and cash terminal
- must be physically capable of standing and moving for up to 4 hours
- must handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 250 lbs
- must have Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

- knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and company policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
- must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- must possess basic computational ability
- must possess basic computer skills
- good knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities
- familiarity with all menu items
- must have knowledge of and be able to operate all equipment related to the outlet, including but not limited to coffee maker and cash terminal
- must have Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification
