Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Minimum one year of bartending experience and/or training preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
- Compliance with state alcohol laws
- Willingness to complete Alcohol Awareness Training within a designated time frame if required
- Ability to operate relevant equipment such as beverage machines, toasters, and computerized registers
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Interact with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Set up and maintain a clean and sanitized serving area
- Stock bar and maintain inventory control
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages according to state laws and management policies
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register
- Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
