- must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
- experienced in preparing mixed drinks preferred
- must have exceptional customer service skills
- must be TIPs certified or hold similar accredited certification
- must be hardworking and organized
- must be responsible and accountable
- good grooming and personal hygiene
- knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
- excellent listening and communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approx. 40 lbs
- strong time management and organization skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/break down responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner
- Communicates well with bar back during event to assist with replenishment during shift
- Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
- Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
- Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received
- Performs other related duties as required
