  • knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles

  • must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
  • experienced in preparing mixed drinks preferred
  • must have exceptional customer service skills
  • must be TIPs certified or hold similar accredited certification
  • must be hardworking and organized
  • must be responsible and accountable
  • good grooming and personal hygiene
  • knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approx. 40 lbs
  • strong time management and organization skills
  • strong customer service skills with the desire to exceed client’s needs

Job Duties

  • Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/break down responsibilities
  • Sets bar up in a timely manner
  • Communicates well with bar back during event to assist with replenishment during shift
  • Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
  • Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
  • Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
  • Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received
  • Performs other related duties as required
