Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg beverage system
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure demands
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights
- Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg beverage system
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain interpersonal working relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepares drinks correctly at the bar for patrons and for cocktail staff
- Assists with the cleaning of the bar area and inventory maintenance
- Ensures the safety and security of employees and guests
- Performs responsible alcohol service with regard to patron limitations and completes all required alcohol service training
- Observes and actively monitors player activity and gaming machines
- Maintains compliance with sanitation and health department regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
