Job Requirements
- Two years of previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Alcohol service and food handler certifications
- Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Must be able to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Embrace service with a story by creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
- Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
- Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders at the bar, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
