Job Requirements

  • Two years of previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Alcohol service and food handler certifications
  • Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred
  • Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
  • Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
  • Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
  • Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
  • Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
  • Must be able to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Embrace service with a story by creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
  • Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
  • Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders at the bar, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery
  • Process payment from customers
  • Clean glasses and bar utensils
